I am an Oxford graduate (Honours) and doctorate holder from a Russel Group University Birmingham UK in the humanities. As a teaching associate at the University of Birmingham, I taught extensively (modern history, classics, modern Greek, and translation studies) undergraduate and postgraduate students. I also published articles and book chapters in peer-reviewed publications (Cambridge University Press, Rowman & Littlefield, Routledge).
My research interests lie at the intersections of 20th-century European history and literatures and gender studies. Still, I maintain a good awareness of sociology, anthropology, psychology, and cultural studies. I hold a BA in Classics, and I keep abreast with theoretical debates around classical literature and reception studies.
After leaving academia, I worked as a proposal manager in a growing consultancy firm. I led the production of 100+ winning research proposals for public and private-sector clients. I am currently working as a career consultant at the International Organisation for Migration.I support vulnerable individuals, through cover letter/resume writing, interview preparation, e-learning resources, to make their way into meaningful careers.
I became a part-time freelance academic writer in 2019. My clients include more than 60 families and students (all the way from IB Diploma to MRes degrees) in Cyprus, Greece, and the UK. They achieved first-class degrees, garnered funding, gained admissions to prestigious universities, and furthered their careers with my support.
