Creating an Account with Nail Your Writing
Creating an account is optional. You are not required to create an account to place orders with Nail Your Writing. When you create an account, your name, address, email address, and phone number are stored for your use on future visits to our Site. You may also store language and currency preferences in your account. You must log in to access your account.
If you create an account, you will have access to tracking information on all orders you place. If your account is linked to a business account, you consent to information on all orders you place being provided to the person(s) responsible for the business account.
Through your account, you can choose to receive newsletters and special offers from Nail Your Writing by email. This option is not on by default and is not a requirement for creating an account. You may also choose to turn this option on or off at any time by logging into your account.
Connecting to Cloud Services
While placing or picking up an order with Nail Your Writing, you may choose to connect to your accounts on third-party services such as Dropbox or Google Drive to transfer files. If you select a file for a quote, a copy of that file will be temporarily transferred to us for the purpose of providing your quote. If you attach a file to an order, we will retain a copy of that file and attach it to your order.
When creating an account with Nail Your Writing, you may choose to sign in using a third-party service such as Google or Facebook. We will store a unique identifier for your account on the third-party service to enable you to sign in to your Nail Your Writing account in the future. You may authorise your third-party service provider to provide us with details of your name, email address, and/or phone number to pre-populate your Nail Your Writing account details.
Statistical Analysis
Nail Your Writing may, from time to time, make use of analytics advertising features, including but not limited to remarketing, remarketing with analytics, display network impression reporting, and demographics and interest reporting. This is done via advertising cookies and anonymous identifiers. 13.2If any such dispute cannot be settled amicably through ordinary negotiations between the parties, or either or both is or are unwilling to engage in this process, either party may propose to the other in writing that structured negotiations be entered into with the assistance of a fully accredited mediator before resorting to litigation.
13.3If the parties are unable to agree upon a mediator, or if the mediator agreed upon is unable or unwilling to act and an alternative mediator cannot be agreed, any party may within 13 days of the date of knowledge of either event apply appoint a mediator.
13.4Within 13 days of the appointment of the mediator (either by mutual agreement of the parties or in accordance with their mediation procedure), the parties will meet with the mediator to agree the procedure to be adopted for the mediation, unless otherwise agreed between the parties and the mediator.
13.5All negotiations connected with the relevant dispute(s) will be conducted in confidence and without prejudice to the rights of the parties in any further proceedings.
13.6If the parties agree on a resolution of the dispute at mediation, the agreement shall be reduced to writing and, once signed by the duly authorised representatives of both parties, shall be final and binding on them.
13.7If the parties fail to resolve the dispute(s) within 60 days (or such longer term as may be agreed between the parties) of the mediator being appointed, or if either party withdraws from the mediation procedure, then either party may exercise any right to seek a remedy through arbitration by an arbitrator.
13.8Any dispute shall not affect the parties’ ongoing obligations under this Privacy Statement.
